30-day returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. We'll email you when it's processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Food, treats and hygiene items

For health and safety reasons, opened treats, food toppers, supplements and litter can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
