Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
U.S. shipping rates
• Standard: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more
• Express: $15.00
Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and vary by location and carrier.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping to Canada
Canadian shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Orders to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, customs duties, import taxes or carrier brokerage fees. If these charges are collected at checkout, they won’t be due at delivery.
Multiple packages
Some of our products ship directly from the brands we partner with, so an order containing several items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.
Lost, damaged or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we’ll help you work with the carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order ships, we can’t modify it.
